PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and DINER'S CLUB credit cards.


SALES TAX
We are required by the State of New Jersey to charge a 7% sales tax for items shipped to New Jersey.


SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is processed, delivery time will vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. For ground service add 5-7 business on top of the processing time.
Orders are only processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, excepting during national holidays.

At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. States, excepting P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

We now have a Free Store Pick-up option. You will receive a call when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up orders are usually ready in 1-2 business days.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Yes I Do! we are committed to provide you with the best shopping experience. So if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please follow the instructions below and we will refund your purchase.

Return of undamaged merchandise
Return of undamaged merchandise must be accompanied by the on-line purchase receipt. You are welcome to return your on-line purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. You can choose to make a return in person to our store or via insured mail.
Merchandise must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with this policy. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

To return merchandise via insured mail, please send it in a hard sided box carefully packaged. For your security, please return the product with an insured courier (like FedEx, UPS or USPS) and retain your receipt. Yes I Do! is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

A credit card refund will be issued on the card that you used for the original purchase. Please allow for 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Return of incorrect or damaged merchandise
If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact our Customer Service at 201-659-3300 within 3 business days of receiving your purchase. Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item. Yes I Do! is not able to guaranty a refund if the customer fails to contact our Customer Service within 3 business days of receiving the incorrect or damaged merchandise.

Exchange
We will accept to arrange for an exchange only for incorrect or damaged merchandise. All incorrect or damaged orders must be reported to our customer Service at 201-659-3300 within 3 business days of receiving your order.


ORDER CANCELLATION
Since we will process your order promptly upon receiving it, we might not be able to cancel an order. However, we will do our best to accomodate your request but a cancellation fee may apply.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information about you except when you provide it to us (duh!). We collect information when you register or update your account, sign in, place an order, opt-in to receive our emails, and shop online.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information
We will never sell, rent or share your Personally Identifiable Information with any outside parties.

When you shop at yesido.net, we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses (unless, of course, you just want to give us money and don't want us to send anything in exchange), and email address in order to process your order. Your telephone number will only be used for communications regarding your order (can't think of anything else anyone can do with a phone number, and no, it won't misteriously show up in a bathroom stall way up on the turnpike, right before the "Welcome to Maine" sign). Your credit card information will only be used to process your order but will be retained for order tracking and returns.

Legal disclaimer
We may need to disclose your personal information when required by law, governmental request or court order. We will not go to jail just so that the government remains oblivious to the fact that you like shopping at Yesido.net. Sorry. If they want to know, and they show the proper documentation for this, we will have no choice but to tell on you.

A cookie is a piece of data that we stored in your computer. Cookies can enable us to track and target the interests of our customers in order to improve their shopping experience on our website. Cookies do not contain Personally Identifiable Information. A cookie is also a piece of dough properly baked. It's actually very good with milk. Privacy of young children
Yes I Do! adheres to a strict privacy code regarding children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information from any child under the age of 13 (unless they come to the store to order bar/bat-mitzvah invitations, in which case we need at least a name). If it is brought to our attention that a customer is under age, we will immediately remove all Personal Identifiable Information from our records.

Marketing emails
You will have the option to join our email list and receive information about products and promotion offers. If you provide us with your email address either on the website or when you register or place an order, you may automatically be added to our email list and receive marketing information from us.
If you do not wish to receive Yes I Do! marketing emails, you may opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link (and follow the instructions) found  at the bottom of all Yes I Do! email. We hate spam as much as you do. May the fleas of a thousand cammels nest between the legs of every spammer.

As we may make changes at any time without notifying you, we suggest that you periodically consult this Privacy Policy. Please note that our rights to use your Personaly Identifiable Information will be based on the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is used.
